WEST PALM BEACH — A Boynton Beach debt collector has apparently forged more court documents, according to a lawsuit filed in Palm Beach County Circuit Court.
Blanchi Stone, who is under investigation for forging a court order and practicing law without a license, sent an official-looking summons to a Lake Worth woman, claiming the woman was being sued for not paying a $754 bill to Anesthesia & Critical Care Specialists of Palm Beach.
Attorney Daniel Tam, who is representing Pia Harris, said no suit was filed against her and the summons was forged. Further, he said, Harris was never told she owed the money until the "summons" arrived in the mail.
Neither Stone nor officials at the anesthesia practice, which has the contract with St. Mary's Medical Center, returned phone calls for comment.
